This class is a vinyasa flow with the intention to provide an opportunity to slow down enough to feel deeply into your body, to connect mindfully with your breath, and ultimately soothe your nervous system. While strengthening and lengthening the body, we will connect movement with breath, and aim to strike a balance between effort and ease. Accessible for all levels. Every class ends with sound in your final resting pose.
